Introducing FITOS — training, food and recovery in one plan

22 October 2026 · 1 min read · Srijan Srivastava

Most fitness apps do one thing. A workout logger that doesn't know what you ate. A calorie counter that doesn't know you trained legs. A step counter that knows neither. You end up being the one who connects it all — and most of us stop after two weeks.

FITOS connects it for you. It plans your training, your food and your recovery from what you log, and tells you the next thing to do.

What's in the beta

  • A programme that progresses. Let FITOS build your week from your goal, level, days and equipment, pick a professional split like Push / Pull / Legs, or build your own. Every exercise shows the weight and reps to aim for next, and why.
  • Food the way you eat. Calorie and protein targets from your goal, and a food library that knows dal, roti, idly and sambhar. At VIT, your hostel mess menu is already in the app — and FITOS suggests what to eat from it.
  • Progress you can trust. Trend weight instead of daily noise, best lifts, records and consistency.
  • Recovery. A ten-second check-in and a readiness score; steps, sleep and heart rate from Health Connect stay on your phone.
  • FITOS AI. Ask about your own training — it answers from your plan and your logs. Part of Premium, free during the beta.

Getting it

FITOS is a free Android beta. It isn't on the Play Store yet, so you install the APK from the download page — it takes about a minute, and the page walks you through it.

If something breaks or something's missing, tell us with Send feedback in the app. Every message is read.
