Beta 3.6 — an AI food guide, weekly steps and better feedback
24 October 2026 · 2 min read · Srijan Srivastava
Beta 3.6 is built from your feedback: three new things, and the fixes you asked for.
What should I eat? (Premium)
On Eat, tap Ask FITOS AI what to eat:
- pick the meal, tick what you have (bread, eggs, curd, oats, banana…) or type it, and use today's mess menu if you like;
- say what you feel like, if you want: something spicy, something light.
FITOS AI suggests up to three plates. Each shows its calories and protein and how it fits what is left of your day. Tap Log this to log it.
- The numbers are FITOS's own, from the food database and the mess menu, never guessed by the AI.
- Your diet and allergies are respected. Anything FITOS doesn't know yet is listed rather than invented.
Weekly steps
Tap Steps on Home to see:
- a bar for each day against your goal;
- your total, daily average, best day and days at goal;
- earlier weeks, with the arrows;
- 4 weeks, each week's daily average.
Your steps come from Health Connect on your phone and never leave it.
Feedback, with pictures and replies
In Profile → Send feedback:
- Pictures: add up to three screenshots or photos.
- Phone details: your phone's model and Android version go with the message (you can switch that off).
- Replies: when we reply, you get a notification. The reply shows under Your messages.
Fixes
- Camera photos are kept. A progress photo taken with the camera now saves, and if your phone closed FITOS while the camera was open, FITOS offers to finish adding it.
- "+ Add set" works first tap, even right after scrolling.
- Remove a set during a workout: swipe it left, or tap − Remove set. There's Undo, and your programme stays as it is.
- Progress photos stay hidden until you tap Show photos, so nobody sees them over your shoulder.
- Meal reminders now open the meal they're about.
