Beta 3.4 — streak rewards and progress photos

Beta 3.4 adds two things you asked for: a reason to keep your streak going, and a better way to see your progress.

Streak rewards

Your streak now unlocks rewards that only a streak can earn, the same for everyone:

7 days	Spark, a profile picture
14 days	Ember, a warm dark theme
30 days	Blaze, an app icon
60 days	Ember rim around your picture
100 days	Century, a picture and a 100-day badge

• What counts: they're earned by your best streak, and your past streaks count too. If you've already had a two-week run, Spark and Ember are waiting for you.
• Yours to keep: once earned, a reward stays yours, even if your streak breaks.
• Where to find them: see what you've earned, and how far the next one is, in Profile → Streak rewards.

Progress photos

The mirror often shows progress before the scale does. Progress → Photos:

• take a photo or pick one from your gallery, and tag it front, side or back;
• your weight that day is saved with it;
• Compare puts two photos side by side, for example 30 days apart · −1.5 kg, or drag a slider between them.

Your photos never leave your phone. They're not uploaded anywhere, they're left out of your phone's cloud backup, and they're deleted if you delete your account. That also means uninstalling FITOS removes them, so save any photo you want to keep to your gallery.

Getting it

Download beta 3.4. It installs over beta 3.3 and keeps all your data, and the app will tell you it's out.
