Beta 3.1 — start from what you lifted, and an AI that stays on topic

Beta 3.1 is a bug-fix release. Thanks to everyone who logged their first sessions on beta 3 and told us what felt wrong. These were the biggest problems.
Your next session starts where you left off
You bench 17.5 kg for 12 reps on Friday. The next Push day should open at 17.5 kg × 12, not at an empty row. Now it does: every set opens at what you lifted last time, weight and reps, and you change whatever you like.
FITOS still watches your progress. When you have hit the top of your rep range, it suggests the next step, for example "↑ 20 kg × 6", with an Apply button. One tap puts it on your remaining sets. You decide when to add weight. In a planned deload week, sets still open lighter on purpose.
The Training day shows what you did
The day screen used to show only your plan's targets, so a lift you had just done looked like it had never happened. Now:
- the exercise shows "last 17.5 kg" instead of an empty "set weight";
- open it and you see "Last time: 17.5×12 17.5×12 17.5×10";
- each set shows last time's weight, and − and + start from it.
None of this changes your plan unless you edit it.
Done today means done
Finish today's workout and the Training day now says Done today, with a link to the session. It no longer offers to start the same workout again.
FITOS AI stays on topic
FITOS AI is your training, food and recovery coach. It is not a search engine. Ask it the capital of India and it will now tell you it only helps with your training, food and recovery, and suggest something it can help with. Asking it to "ignore your instructions" does not change that. Ask about your workout, your protein target or how a lift is progressing, and it answers as before.
Getting it
Download beta 3.1. It installs over beta 3 and keeps all your data. The server-side changes (where your sets start, and the AI's scope) are already live for everyone.
Next up is beta 3.2, with improvements rather than fixes. Keep the feedback coming from Profile → Send feedback.
